The hotel was fairly clean and we had a newly remodelled room. Pretty friendly staff providing fantastic services. The property was in an unbeatable location very close to the Old Mill for what we wanted it for...

The hotel was fairly clean, the room was immaculate and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Good choice of options for VERY VERY GOODbreakfast. The staff were excellent and know their duties. The property was located really close to the Old Mill. Also, it was only a short distance to Topjump Trampoline & Extreme Arena.

We could see city from our window. 5 minutes walk from central Pigeon Forge. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was available.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Free WiFi was working perfectly. 5 mins walk to the center. There's Mcdonald's serving quick orders within short walking distance to the venue.

the area contains some restaurants like old mill creamery within 10 minutes' walk. our room was large. we loved riverside tower.

very clean motel. great location of the little river, right by the hotel. i slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. 5 min drive from hollywood wax museum.
